Setup on Windows PC
Setup takes a few minutes after checkout. You get a digital license by email, run the loader, then open Grounded. This walkthrough matches what support asks for on first tickets.
After checkout
Keep the order email — it holds your license and download link. Delivery is instant on successful payment. One license is for one PC unless your plan says otherwise on Pricing.

First launch checklist
Update Windows, install Visual C++ runtimes if prompted, and launch the loader as administrator when the guide says to. Start Grounded after the menu reports ready.
Open ESP categories one at a time so you learn filters. Test in the oak lawn before a pond dive. Toggle off player base ESP in solo worlds if you do not need it.
After a game patch
If the menu fails to attach, check Status first. Do not reinstall random “fixes” from forums while maintenance is in progress.
